1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first at contact@toptier-bag.com to arrange the process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@toptier-bag.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
